Giving Gatherings are an opportunity to connect with the Children Rising community and invest in a child’s future.
Giving Gatherings are a series of three small, intimate events hosted in the homes of Children Rising supporters throughout Oakland and the East Bay. These two-hour gatherings include delicious food, engaging conversation, and inspiring stories about our kids. Help us engage more support and resources to expand the “Circle of Care” to more children in Oakland!

Sponsorship Levels
Scholar – $1,500
Provides an entire year of Circle of Care academic support (one-on-one tutoring + family coaching) for a second-grade child ● Acknowledgement as an official Event Sponsor in our printed materials and online
Honor Roll – $3,000
Provides an entire year of Circle of Care academic support for two second-grade children

Dean’s List – $5,000
Provides an entire year of Circle of Care academic support for five second-grade children
